Shafiq
Partner
Shafiq has worked in the business and finance arena for over 20 years. His experience spans all areas of business consultancy from start ups and business finance right through to succession planning and business turnaround. He has extensive experience in accountancy and tax but prides himself on being more than just an accountant to his clients.
Fun Fact: Shafiq successfully survived taking a Tesla around the Nurburgring in under 10 minutes!
Fahreen
Partner
Fahreen offers a unique perspective, having built her career at notable firms like KPMG, Chantery Vellacott DFK and Barnes Roffe. With extensive experience in accounting, audit and tax, she helps clients make informed decisions and grow sustainable businesses, seeing the bigger picture. As a Partner, she shapes the firm's direction and ensures high service standards. Outside work, Fahreen enjoys traveling and family time.
Fun Fact: She has visited as many countries as her age! (We'll let you guess her age!).
Shamsher
Audit Manager
Shamsher has extensive experience of working in both industry and practice handling a wide variety of clients from different sectors. He particularly enjoys dealing with more complex accounting and audit issues. He likes to build professional relationships with clients as it helps with his understanding of client needs, leading to more effective support.
Fun Fact: Shamsher is a silver medallist in school karate and scored 80 runs in just 30 balls while playing a college cricket match.
Ana
Reception
Ana joined the practice in 2024, supporting the partners and staff with all areas of admin, ensuring that client matters are handled with care and attention. She holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and Modern Languages and is currently studying towards her AAT qualification to further develop her bookkeeping knowledge.
Outside of work, Ana is a busy mum to three children, aged 12, 10 and 8. She enjoys spending time with her family, balancing the busy life of work and family.
Fun Fact: Ana speaks three languages — Portuguese, her mother tongue, as well as English and French.
Denis
Accounts &Tax
Denislav is an experienced accounting professional who has been part of the UK accountancy scene since 2013. He graduated from London Metropolitan University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and joined the Fairman Harris team in May 2019, where he enhances his expertise while serving a diverse client base.
Fun Fact: Denislav has been cycling to work since 2018 and loves trekking through the stunning national parks of the UK during his outdoor adventures!

Mahfuz
Audit & Accounts
Mahfuz has 6 years of experience in accountancy and finance, focusing on audit, accounts preparation, tax, and payroll, while pursuing his ACCA qualification. He serves a diverse clientele and values strong relationships and reliable service. Outside of work, Mahfuz enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and staying active with badminton and football.
Fun fact: he’s a badminton semi-final specialist who’s never lost a final because he hasn’t made it there yet!
Eshika
Company Secretarial & Admin Support
Eshika joined the team in February 2025 as office admin, warmly welcoming clients and directing them to the right person. Her friendly nature makes her a part of the team while she balances her studies. Outside of work, she enjoys dressing up and forward to her next travel adventure.
Fun Facts: Eshika has held many titles, making it hard to keep track! She's also best friends with Milo and they often share the latest gossip about the partners.
Shumaia
Accounts & Tax
Shumaia has 10 years of experience in accounting, viewing it as more than just numbers; it's about problem-solving and organisation. Detail-oriented and approachable, she helps clients turn financial complexity into clarity, allowing them to focus on their business. Outside of work, Shumaia enjoys laughter, good company, and occasional breaks from Excel.
Fun Fact: She can spot a missing penny faster than she can find her phone!
Aagna
Bookkeeping & Tax
Aagna joined the team just under three years ago as a trainee primarily doing bookkeeping and VAT returns. She has continued her development and started working on tax returns during busy periods. She is currently studying for ACA and aspires to develop a range of skills in this profession.
Outside of work she enjoys baking, playing netball and arranging events at Neasden Temple where she regularly volunteers.
Fun Fact: Aagna is a qualified as a classical dancer.
Hamza
Bookkeeping Manager
Hamza recently joined the team, bringing valuable experience from various accounting and finance roles. He is part-qualified and working towards full Chartered Accountant membership. Alongside his studies, he has a strong interest in digital accounting, AI and cloud computing, planning to gain further qualifications in these fields. Outside of work, Hamza enjoys reading and cycling to stay active and healthy.
Fun Fact: Hamza has the best serious face in the office. Even the funniest joke earns only a calm nod, but a good drama or thriller completely hooks him.
Zubair
Consultant
Zubair is an Associate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds an MBA (Financial Management) degree. He has great experience in accounts, tax, and payroll advisory departments. Zubair has also an impressive background in the digital accounting environment, with a keen interest in cloud accounting.
His interests include keeping himself fit, travelling, music, and supporting Arsenal.
Fun Fact: Just finding that person who said ‘accounting is an art’.
Loreen
Admin
Loreen joined the practice in 2012, supporting both the partners and the staff in all areas of administration. She ensures all client matters are dealt with diligently. In her spare time, Loreen has been studying the AAT to develop her bookkeeping knowledge and has completed up to level 4. Loreen is currently on maternity leave, looking after her second daughter 15 years after her first.
Fun Fact: Loreen is a keen dancer and instructs Zumba classes.
Nicola
Accounts & Tax
Nicola joined the practice in early 2026, bringing solid experience across accounts preparation, tax and bookkeeping. Organised, thorough and with a practical, client-focused approach, she quickly became a valued part of the team – helping clients keep their finances on track and making sure the details never slip through the cracks.
Nicola is currently on maternity leave, and we're looking forward to welcoming her back to the team.
Fun Fact: Nicola's latest project is her most exciting one yet – and it's already outgrown its budget for tiny socks!
Milo
Team Morale & Wellbeing
Milo joined the practice as our youngest recruit and has quickly become indispensable. This friendly maltipoo specializes in client greetings, desk-side supervision, and ensuring no lunch goes unattended. While not yet qualified, he shows a keen interest in the business—especially anything paper that can be shredded. Milo believes in a healthy work-life balance, taking regular naps and insisting on at least two walks a day. In his spare time, he enjoys chasing squirrels, collecting belly rubs, and supervising the team from under the nearest desk.
Fun fact: Milo is the only team member who has never missed a deadline—mainly because he doesn’t know what one is!
